As our business partner, you become part of our story. A story about family, growth, and community, the things we stand for. 

Family because it all started with the vision of a local businessman to change a former industrial area into what we know today as Cluj Business Campus, a serviced business neighbourhood close to the city center. Octavian built the place and his son, Vlad, created the CBC brand which he still operates today.

Growth because we live to learn, and our permanent improvement culture is deeply rooted in our family, organisation, and campus. One of the main pillars we’ve built the CBC community on is a shared desire to become better people and professionals.

Finally, community is CBC. We’ve grown alongside Cluj for generations. It is our purpose to look after the CBC community and the larger Cluj community. From changing an area of Cluj into a premium business park to permanently creating wellbeing and growth opportunities for the CBC community, everything we do is a statement for our vision – enabling people to live their best lives and do their best work.

Mission

We care beyond the CBC community and support local youth sports clubs, student programs, hospitals and periodically unite partner companies in activities that generate resources for vulnerable communities of Cluj.

Having used this opportunity to introduce ourselves, we hope that our way of taking real estate further than bricks and mortar will match us with companies that put their people and community first.
